Taylor was terrific. Not pushy like many other companies I shopped. Answered all my questions and was very patient when I had to find documents etc. to answer her questions. I was not going to use Allstate due to a bad experience with another Allstate agent but she convinced me that I would have no such problems with this agency. I have been treated like an important client and that is what I expected.
