Other companies have robot **** but these guys get the job done. Seriously! I’ve been with the Wallace team for 15 years and thankfully haven’t had to have a lot of contact with them. But with a possibility of a totaled car it was great to talk with a real person. Sam is the man! He walked me through the process. What terrific customer service. 10 stars for sure!
