In general y’all are great. Your respond promptly to any calls I make to your office. I rarely make claims but had to last year for hail damage to our home and one of my vehicles. All claims were processed and all is good now. Where I’m getting concerned is the cost of your policies. I recently received a quote for equivalent converage from another company that is associated with my employer, Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Their quote is much lower for equivalent coverage, deductibles, etc. I will be contacting y’all to discuss this and see if you can match or beat their prices otherwise I may have to change insurance providers. I want to give y’all a chance first because we have been your customer for many years but with that I must ensure that I’m spending my money wisely. I’ll try to call you soon.
