Allison Rocks! My coverage was about to expire courtesy of a compromised and replaced credit card, and Allison’s much appreciated proactive contact allowed me to fend off the unintended consequences. In the past I had used the annual policy route, but work variability directed me toward a month-to-month payment model. So, when the card was compromised and the account switched, I had totally forgotten the MtM model and only through Allison’s reach out was disaster averted. On the care-and-handling side, Allison stayed with me and my problem until it was absolutely, positively resolved.
