Recently sold my home and the home inspector did not pass the roof for hail damage. First Allstate inspection (Virtually). Two professional roofers agreed with the home inspector, Allstate did not. After Cathy expedited my call and got my claim reopened, we were able to get an Allstate employee to inspect the roof, not virtually. After a discussion with my roofer, they agreed to replace the roof. Cathy and Tiffany were excellent with their customer service and willingness to help. That is why I sent them cookies in appreciation!!! If it were not for these two ladies I would have lost all confidence in Allstate after being a 29-year customer.
