Called the office twice and both times Tiffany was very helpful. First, call she instructed me to call a roofer before I opened a claim. The second call was to advise her that the roofer said the roof had hail damage and was in need of repair. Tiffany entered my claim while I was on the phone. Very easy process. Waiting for the claims office to call me to schedule an inspector.
