Confidence from Contract to Closing Brooke Ulrickson Allen focuses her litigation practice in representing persons and entities involved in business disputes, construction litigation and product liability – insurance defense claims. Additionally, Ms. Allen’s practice includes real estate litigation and probate issues. Within her practice, she has litigated cases in state court throughout Texas and in Texas and Louisiana federal courts. She also operates the Brown Dean Fee Title Office and is a licensed escrow officer.
Ms. Allen was recognized “Attorney of the Year” in 2011 by the Fort Worth Paralegal Association and has been named a “Texas Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters (2008-2014) and a “Top Attorney” by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine (2007-2014). She is active in the local and state bar community and is a former Director of the Board of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Past President of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and a former board member of the Tarrant County Bar Association. For her work for the Texas Young Lawyers’ Association, she was honored with the “President’s Award” in 2012.
Civically, Ms. Allen is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, the largest charitably funded bar foundation in the United States. She also serves as Vice Chair of Santa Fe Youth Services and has previously served on the Alumni Board of All Saints Episcopal School and the Board of Directors of the Junior Women’s Club of Fort Worth.
