Allison O’Neal

I have been in the Insurance/Financial industry for right at 10 years now. After a few years in the Mortgage industry, I am super excited to return to Insurance which is my first love. The knowledge from both industries has allowed me to be a trusted advisor for customers, making sure they are covered in all the ways they need to be! In my spare time I love spending time with my family, I have a 7 year old daughter (and 3 dogs) who keeps us busy and when I am not running her around to activities you can find me in my craft room (my happy place!)!

Tracey Patterson

I grew up in South Dakota and Colorado, before moving to Texas over 30 years ago, where I have grown to love living. Helping people and making a positive impact in their lives is something I enjoy immensely. My career started in the insurance industry, where I worked for 20 years, before taking a break to manage restaurants for seven years. Eventually, I decided to combine my insurance knowledge with my management experience, realizing that this fusion is where I truly belong.

I have been with my husband for eighteen years. We have one son and two cats. Cooking and trying new recipes is a shared hobby for us. We own two smokers, several grills, and a variety of kitchen equipment. Cooking is another passion in my life!

Stacy Shields

I grew up in a very small town in west Texas, where farming and cattle/ranching are the leading industry. Almost 10 years ago, I received the opportunity to start my career in the insurance industry and haven’t looked back.

I truly enjoy helping provide customers with their insurance needs and building great relationships along the way.

I’m a Mom to 3 teenage girls that are my biggest accomplishments. In my spare time, we are on the basketball or volleyball court or on the softball field. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, being horseback, anything to do with rodeo, and bringing old furniture back to life.

Sam Romero

I grew up in Lubbock, Texas, before my family moved to Irving, and I’ve lived in the DFW area ever since. After my first career in music, I’ve been in Insurance since 2021 and love the service aspects of the industry along with the chance to help people and truly feel at home doing insurance. I still play music and enjoy traveling and film.
